O PROJEKTU
The new Footballmania concept was developed to capture the passion and emotion that drive football fans. SWOODA drew inspiration from childhood playgrounds, legendary player memorabilia, and the excitement of modern football culture. Every design detail, from the center line to goal net motifs and the dominant use of green, is meant to immerse customers in the spirit of the game. The interiors balance nostalgia with contemporary design, creating a space that is both dynamic and welcoming. At the same time, sustainability played a central role in the store’s fittings. Recycled steel, Polygood recycled plastic made from discarded refrigerators, and fabrics with recycled content were chosen to minimize environmental impact. Fixtures were designed to be flexible, adaptable, and easily recyclable after use. Upcycled elements from the existing store were also retained, giving old materials a new purpose. LED lighting with replaceable plates further extended the lifespan of technical components while reducing waste. The final result is a fresh, modern, football-inspired retail space that celebrates heritage while leading with sustainable innovation.

REZULTAT:
SWOODA je razvila novi maloprodajni koncept branda Footballmania nadovezujući se na postojeći vizualni identitet, s naglašenim fokusom na održivost. Osvježeni prostorni okvir zadržava prepoznatljivost brenda, dok uvodi moderan i privlačan ambijent koji potiče ponovne posjete. Ponavljajući grafički motivi, segmenti nogometnog igrališta, stvaraju dinamične uzorke koji povezuju prostor u cjelinu. Dizajn uključuje modularne, prilagodljive zidne elemente koji se lako koriste, rastavljaju te ponovno upotrebljavaju ili recikliraju. Ovi elementi izrađeni su od čelika s praškastim premazom koji djelomično sadrži reciklirani materijal, dok su police i blagajne izrađene od Polygood plastičnih ploča – 100% recikliranog materijala dobivenog od starih hladnjaka. U potpunosti reciklabilni, s niskom razinom hlapivih organskih spojeva (VOC) i certificirani prema standardu Cradle to Cradle, materijali korišteni u ovom konceptu, odražavaju predanost brenda Footballmania kružnom dizajnu i odgovornosti prema okolišu.
